Ingredients

  • 2 Apples
  • 1 wedge Red Cabbage
  • 2 large Carrots
  • 1 in (2.5 cm) piece of fresh ginger (thumb sized)
  • 6 leaves Swiss Chard (Australia silverbeet)
  • 1/4 lemon

Directions

  1. Wash all ingredients well.
  2. Peel lemon (optional).
  3. Juice ingredients.
  4. Pour over ice and enjoy.
