After School Snack: Kukie Kooler Smoothie

Give your kids a refreshing and healthy after school snack with this Kukie Kooler Smoothie loaded with nutrients (they won’t even realize kale is in there!).

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (165 g) pineapple
  • 1/2 cucumber, or one small one
  • 10 strawberries, stems removed
  • 3 leaves kale, remove leaves from stem

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high for 45 – 60 seconds, until smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
