Help your kids ward off cold all year long with this Cough Buster Smoothie loaded with mango, cantaloupe, pineapple and lots of Vitamin C.
- 1/2 cup (150 g) mango (frozen)
- 1/2 cup (150 g) cantaloupe, diced
- 1/2 cup (150 g) pineapple, diced
- 1 tbsp raw organic pumpkin seeds (also called pepitas)
- 4 – 8 oz (115 ml) water (or coconut water)
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
