HOW DID YOU LEARN ABOUT REBOOT YOUR LIFE?
We watched “Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead” on Netflix and got inspired by Joe Cross’ journey and success, including the other participants in the video – especially the “trucker”
WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO DO A REBOOT?
Joe Cross’ video was a great motivating inspiration and our self evaluation at the time of watching the video told us it was time to do an internal cleanse and Reboot!
HOW DID THE EXPERIENCE GO FOR YOU?
It was very easy as we are strong-willed individuals who meet our goals once they are set and don’t look back. It also helps to have a great supportive partner, which we are to each other :). We encouraged each other to complete the Reboot challenge to the very end!
DID YOU HAVE ANY NOTABLE HEALTH OR PHYSICAL IMPROVEMENTS?
Yes, our skin cleared up, cuts and minor bruises healed fast, our skin toned up, our muscles have toned up, all our senses have heightened. Our minds are very clear and sharp, and we feel lighter and more energetic like we are in younger bodies. Our passion for life has heightened and we look younger. Our mucus is gone, and no ailments, health conditions or problems exist! Besides all these physical changes and enhancements – mentally, we feel driven to keep this healthy lifestyle going and we are so encouraged to share this lifestyle with others and help people add value and years to their lives. And the compliments after the fast are also an inspiration to “keep going”.
WHAT WAS THE TOUGHEST PART ABOUT THE REBOOT EXPERIENCE?
The toughest part was being invited to social events constantly and not being able to eat at them or having to avoid them when possible. Instead we would stay home and watch the Food Network shows to satisfy our cravings, we would eat with our “eyes” :).
WHAT HABITS HAVE YOU MAINTAINED AND KEPT AS PART OF YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE?
We now workout at least 3-4 times a week and are conscious about what we put in our bodies and what thoughts we put in our minds. We strive to filter our negatives out of our lives. We also juice at least one time a day.
WHAT IS YOUR LASTING IMPRESSION OF THE REBOOT EXPERIENCE?
A Must Do! – For anyone who loves to live life to the fullest and have optimum health, and experience a truly great life. This Reboot is a saving grace for people who have tried everything to help their health and had little or no success – This is the ultimate path to a life long journey of healing and good health.
