This kid-friendly juice features apples, carrots and beets with just a touch of lemon. It’s a sweeter juice that still has plenty of good-for-you veggies. Beets are a great source of potassium and fiber, along with vitamins A and C. Carrots contain the ABC’s of health as an excellent source of vitamins A, B and C. Apples are rich in antioxidants and you can personalize this juice depending on the variety you pick, such as a sweet Honeycrisp or Gala or a tart-tasting Granny Smith.
