Reboot: I ate once a day and juiced the rest of the day.
Health Improvements: I did it for weight loss. I have lost 110 lbs since I started this.
How did you learn about Reboot?
I saw the documentary “Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead” on Netflix and I got a juicer the next day and I didn’t look back.
What inspired you to do a Reboot?
The documentary was so moving and inspiring and I thought that was the perfect method of ingesting vegetables because I never ate vegetables. I knew it was time because my weight problem had been bothering me for a decade or so.
How did the experience go for you?
It was excellent. The transition was seamless. It is all in will power. The toughest part was the first two weeks, mostly the exercise routine. But after two weeks you desire to work out and juice.
Did you have any notable health or physical improvements?
I really noticed the lightness when I hit 30 lbs or so, it felt so strange to agile and nimble in comparison to what I weighed.
What was the toughest part about the Reboot experience?
The hunger is the hardest part. I quickly adjusted to the new dietary regiment. Also, you have to find the proper time of the day to work out so you can do it consistently.
What habits have you maintained and kept a part of your everyday life?
One of the goals I developed while thinking about the long term future was to train my taste buds to enjoy the taste of vegetables. I succeeded at this goal and now I eat a salad everyday with the occasional juice.
What is your lasting impression of the Reboot experience?
I think this is the perfect diet for a person who doesn’t like the taste of vegetables. The sweetness of the fruit covers up the taste of vegetables so well. Eventually you will develop a taste for vegetables you thought you would never try.
