The 15 Day Guided Reboot is Back!
After more than a year, and after so many requests, we’re finally hosting a 15-day Guided Reboot again! And the program is now far more accessible for people worldwide. There are no specified start or end dates so you can start when it’s convenient for you — today, tomorrow or next month. You can start anytime.
Get the support, guidance and tools you need to drop pounds and regain control over your health with this 15-day juicing and eating plan. This online program is led by one of our Reboot Nutritionists who will answer all your questions, and help you tailor the program for your needs.
Kristen DeAngelis, RD, LDN, RYT
Kristen is a Registered Dietitian, yoga teacher and wellness professional. She is passionate about helping individuals reach their highest potential by incorporating whole foods and a healthy mind/body relationship for holistic wellness. Kristen received her B.S. in Human, Nutrition, Foods and Exercise (HNFE) from Virginia Tech University and is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and YA certified Yoga Instructor.
Rhaya Jordan, ND
Rhaya has been practicing nutrition in Australia and London for more than 20 years in both private practice and as a Naturopathic Director of Blackmores UK. Rhaya graduated from Nature Care College in Sydney, and received a post-grad certificate in higher education from the University of Westminster in London.
The program includes a five-day period of juicing along with plant-based meals, followed by ten days of juicing only.
