this recipe only made about 8 oz.
This is wonderful! I love tabbouleh and this tastes just like it! Perfect for dinner when you don’t want anything fruity.
This made a whole glass full – about 20 oz. for me on a Juiceman Jr. juicer – which was just enough for lunch. It’s really fresh and tasted just like Tabbouleh. I will make this one again.
I just made this juice and agree that it was good but, I got a lot of what appears to be congealed parsley in my juice. I did not like that part. Why does that happen? I have a masticating Omega juicer and have noticed that before specifically with parsley.
I only got about 8 oz. as well. is there a typo in the recipe?
This is my favorite. Could have it everyday and mostly do. After 33 days, still look forward to it when it’s on the menu. Did I mention how much I LOVE it? Thanks
I love this one too and could drink it every day. I get about 20 oz. 4 cups of parsley is a lot so double check your amounts if your not getting alot of juice.
I have an omega juicer too and I get a bit of parsley bits and also little lemon pieces. It doesn’t bother me at all but I was surprised to see that it came out of the juicer that way.
I am in day 11 of a 10 day juice fast. Try to make a different juice each meal/each day. This is my favorite and is the only one I have duplicated so far. It is fantastic.

Very good! I later used one cup each of parsley, basil and spinach and added one small onion onion and two garlic cloves. So Italian!
Thank you Stacy. This juice actually helped kill my desire for cheese that attacked me on Day 3. We had Tabbouleh Juice on Day 4 or Day 5 and the moment it hit my taste buds… out went the desire for cheese…. must be the salt & oil… Since then, this has been one of our favorites during our Reboot. We have it about once per week. Yum.
