Smart Sweet: Tropical Greens Smoothie
Take a trip to the tropics with the island-reminiscent flavors of coconut, mango, and lime. This brightly colored, frosty delight will cool you down and offer a little kick of spice. If you’re craving a piña colada, or ice cream, or frozen yogurt, this smoothie satisfies your sweet tooth, and provides a cool refreshing taste while also adding in greens!
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1½ cups unsweetened coconut water
1 cup baby spinach, tightly packed
¼ cup lime juice
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.

Ok, I didn’t think I would like this one, cos of the blending of the spinach – instead of juicing it – but (for me, anyway) it is delicious. I will be trying more of these smoothies, as it is difficult for me to chew, a lot of the time – this way I will be getting the nutrition I need
