Green juices are popular because they are high in nutrients that help with blood clotting, rich in calcium, B vitamins, and immune-boosting vitamin C. Green juices are also generally lower in sugar as they are made using mostly vegetables.

This healthy juice can be a great staple in your New Years resolution to get more fruits and vegetables into your diet. You can drink this healthy juice at breakfast, lunch, dinner or as a mid-morning or afternoon snack. It is quick to make, is slightly sweet from the pears, and packs a big nutritional punch. The sodium-rich celery makes this juice good for replenishing salt lost in sweat from working out.

Like all other juices you can make this one ahead of time, store it in the fridge in an air-tight container, and give it a quick stir before you enjoy it!

Ingredients:
1 medium cucumber
3 celery stalks
1 1/2 small to medium pears
3 handfuls kale

Directions
1.) Rinse all ingredients

2.) Add ingredients through juicer.

3.) Serve and enjoy!
