Like so many of you across the US, here at the Reboot offices in New York it has been a long, cold winter and we started to grow a little stir crazy by the end! To remind us all that summer would eventually arrive I decided to experiment with a juice recipe based on a classic English summer drink, the Pimm’s fruit cup. Get the recipe!

It's packed with greens, a touch of sweet and a hint of mint! Plus it is loaded with nutrients such as potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium and carotenoids, vitamin K, vitamin C, folate and manganese. Mint is an excellent digestive aid and can help reduce wind and flatulence and settle an upset stomach. Enjoy!
