After Refusing to Take Medication, Jaclyn Regained Her Health by Juicing and Eating Clean

Name:  Jaclyn B.
Age: 31
Location: Nebraska
Reboot:  Periodic Juice fasts combined with clean eating
Health Improvements: After only 3 months of juicing, my cholesterol was normal, I had dropped 50 lbs., and my thyroid had improved drastically. My doctor was amazed and looked into juicing as well. Since I started juicing I have lost 112 lbs.

How did you learn about Reboot Your Life?
After a visit to the doctor, I found out my cholesterol was high, as well as my BMI. My doctor told me I had to act now or I would probably die a young age. I came home and looked up what I could do to lose weight- -Fat, Sick were two things I put into my search on Google- Pulling up Joe Cross’s documentary.

What inspired you to do a Reboot?
The results I saw in the documentary, and the results I’ve seen many people earn, such as Kitten. I met Kitten in the juicing community, her story inspired me.

How did the experience go for you?
I love juicing and eating clean. I really feel as though I am a different person. I really believe that what you eat is how you portray yourself emotionally and physically. My juicing adventures have been phenomenal!

Did you have any notable health or physical improvements?
I refused to take pills that my doctor offered. I did this to myself, so I was bound to fix it myself. I have lab results from my first 3 months of juicing. After only 3 months of juicing, my cholesterol was normal, I had dropped 50 lbs., and my thyroid had improved drastically. My doctor was amazed and looked into juicing as well.

What was the toughest part about the Reboot experience?
Cooking meals for my family while fasting at first was very difficult. It was hard to keep myself from being focused. I was also extremely caffeine dependent, so the first week I felt as though I had the flu. It was terrible. But I woke up on Day 4 of the fast feeling incredible.

What habits have you maintained and kept a part of your everyday life?
I juice 2-3 times day. Generally for breakfast, mid-day snack and a few hours before supper.

What is your lasting impression of the Reboot experience?
I refuse to become the person I was prior to juicing. Not only have I changed my life, but I am also spreading the word. A friend of mine who is a diabetic contacted me for help. She has been juicing since January and is already off all her diabetic medications. It is obvious that what we put into our bodies is what builds us.
