Micronutrient Madness Juice

While I love my daily green juice (a Morning Green Glory to be exact), I’m a huge fan of any and all orange-colored juices, and this one is a crowd pleaser. You might think red pepper would give it a very savory taste, but it doesn’t; it’s more of a hint of peppery sweetness.

  • 2 oranges
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 orange bell peppers (capsicum)
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 cucumber


  1. Wash all produce well.
  2. Peel orange and remove stem and seeds from pepper.
  3. Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy.

Servings: Makes 2 servings of 16-20 oz (500-600 ml)
