Meatless Monday: Bye Bye Blues Juice

I love creating healthy nourishing recipes for my family, trying new ingredients, and enjoying the great recipe successes. And here’s a wonderful new juice recipe for you!

Incredibly high in antioxidants, vitamin C, and folate, this juice delivers a heavy nutritional punch….as well as aiding your body in the production of mood-lifting serotonin.  Healthier AND happier?  Yes, please!

It features organic blueberries, jicama, pears, cucumber, and lime.  And with healthy, organic, beautiful ingredients like these…how could it not be amazing?!

  • 1/2 cup (600 g) blueberries
  • 1/2 jicama
  • 1/2 – 1 cucumber
  • 1 lime
  • 1 pears


  1. Peel the lime.
  2. Cut all items small enough to fit in juicer chute.
  3. Juice everything and enjoy!
