In the Reboot Kitchen: Super Green Detox

By: Claire Georgiou, Reboot Naturopath, B.HSc ND

It doesn’t get much greener than this! The Super Green Detox juice is strong, detoxifying and not sweet. It’s a nice addition to a Reboot plan when you have had a few sweet juices and want something on the savory side. The lime adds acidity which helps increase the absorption of the nutrients! It’s loaded with parsley which has a strong cleansing action in the body and has been shown to reduce some heavy metals in the body. If you prefer a sweeter juice you can add an apple, carrot, orange or any other sweet fruit or vegetable. ENJOY your detox!
