In the Reboot Kitchen: Ruby Red Champagne

By: Jamie Webber

Today in the Reboot Kitchen we toasted to good health with this Ruby Red Champagne. The perfect afternoon pick me up, we are already feeling the brain-boosting power. The nitrates in beets cause blood vessels to grow allowing more oxygen-rich blood to flow throughout our bodies, thereby improving mental and exercise performances. The more oxygen our muscles receive, the longer we can work out.

Cheers to smart brains and strong bodies!
Add all ingredients through your juicer and enjoy the taste and the beautiful color!

*Tip: For a less “earthy” taste, be sure to peel the beet.
