If you’re looking for a quick and easy, fresh green juice that tastes great, then the Green Citrus Juice is just for you! The ingredients are simple, it’s just the basics– apple, orange, and any large handfuls of leafy greens that you prefer. I used baby kale and Swiss chard but feel free to sub spinach, romaine, cabbage, or any other leafy green you have in your fridge or that looks good at the market.

It’s an especially good juice for winter, because oranges and apples are abundant and leafy greens are also readily available.

Enjoy the Green Citrus!

Ingredients:
1 Green apple
1 navel orange, peeled
3 big handfuls of leafy greens (kale, chard, spinach, romaine, etc)

Directions:
Pass all ingredients through a juicer and enjoy.
