An Energizing Green Juice

Green Zucchini Juice
By: Isabel Smith, MS, RD, CDN

Green juices are refreshing and tasty, as well as a good source of fluid for hydration. This juice is a different variation of a classic green juice that might include cucumber, because instead I added zucchini just to shake it up a bit. Zucchini is a great swap in this juice because it’s rich in heart-healthy nutrients like potassium and brain-healthy folate as well as other energizing B vitamins. Start the year off right and drink more of this juice!
