Where does the lime come in? Judt squeeze a slice at the end?
says to juice it with the apples, mint and ginger
the whole lime? skin and all?
@LisaE
3.) Add your apples, mint, lime and ginger together.
I’m gonna try it!
Are the apples added whole or quartered and seeded?
Just cut the apples up enough to go thru your juicer. No seeding required. Delish.
Never put the apple seeds in they contain arsenic.
congrats! Fellow Cumming juicer here, thanks for the recipe.
This looks great. I’ll have to try it. LisaE and Blondetxn, for the most part I just wash fruits and veg’s well and heave them in. Lemons and limes need not be peeled, nor do cucumbers, apples, pears, etc. I do cut things to fit the juicer chute as necessary and I do take the time to remove the hard woody stem part of cabbages and the tougher cores of pears.
This was very good! Any idea of nutritional values/calories for those of us keeping food journals?
Hey, this looks like it will make an awesome breakfast for tomorrow. Should I peel the lime, or just stick the whole thing in?
This was great! I think next time I’ll cut the cuke back a bit.
Had this on the other day it was delish!
I am new at the concept of juicing, I have a question; whay is the difference in the nutrition health benefits of juicing verses just using a blender?? anyone?
@Laurie-The nutrional value is the same in juicing and blending. However, juicing allows you to be able to “drink” a large quantity of fruits and vegetables, while blendng the same amount, would make a much thicker more filling drink. Also, when you juice, you don’t take in all of the fiborous materials, making it a better solution for weight loss. You will see that some recipes on here call for a LARGE quantity of fruit and vegetables, that you would never be able to drink or eat in one sitiing!
Hope this helps!
I love this juice. It’s my new ‘Cocktail’ at Happy Hour! It’s serves ad the nibbles too – totally satisfying. Thank you for sharing this yummy concoction. X

I make this one frequently, it’s one of my favorites, so thanks! I use red apples instead of green to make it sweeter.
Anyone ever make this without mint? I don’t want to go to the store.
