In the Reboot Kitchen: Bloody Mary Juice

This makes an excellent dinner juice. When I’m Rebooting I always love the real savory taste of tomato and pepper based juices. It provides a variety for my taste buds since many of the juices have a sweeter taste, even the green ones! I added a little Himalayan sea salt and a small quantity of olive oil and it makes it an excellent “soup” juice. It help to satisfy me in feeling like I was having a regular meal. Here is more on good fats during your Reboot!

2 red peppers (capsicum)
1 orange pepper (capsicum)

Directions:
1.) Chop all ingredients.
2.) Juice.
3.) Add salt, oil and stir – ENJOY!

This is just what I was looking for. I love juices that have tomatoes in them. Thanks!

Just made and drunk this, it’s great and very tasty.
A thought… I added some of the pulp back in to the drink.
Are their any pro’s and cons in doing this?
Is there anyway to get the herbs mixed in better?
As through the juicer they hardly touched the blade and were thrown into the pulp.
Cheers all.
I started Juicing yesterday… I’m already feeling better.
now to keep it up.
I stuff my leafy greens inside the water-dense fruit or veggie. If the veggie is too big, then I make sure to feed half leafy, half fruit into the chute. Also, I juice the pulp one more time to make sure I got the maximum amount of juice . I get 1 to 4 oz of more juice.
Hope it helps!
This is A-mazing!!!!! I can’t stop making this! I actually like to add in some hot peppers for a kick. YUM!
Love the hot pepper idea!
Tried this for my supper juice tonight, minus the oil & salt. Tasty enough
but I’ll throw in a couple ribs of celery for a bit more sodium next time.
I adjusted the recipe a bit and added a few radishes, celery, a small pablano pepper and used a cucumber instead of the squash because that is all I had. Added some basil and garlic too and tasted like a pot roast broth. Was delicious and had a kick.
