Blackberry Blend Smoothie

Blackberries and other summer fruits combine in this smoothie for an antioxidant-rich treat that tastes great for breakfast or a post-workout snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 large pineapple, core and skin removed and roughly cubed
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 30 mint leaves
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil (optional)
  • Ice (optional)

Directions

  1. Wash all produce well.
  2. Put ingredients in your blender and blend 45-60 seconds until smooth.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
