  • 1 cup (250 ml) almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp flax seed
  • 1 date


  1. Wash all produce.
  2. Peel banana and zest orange before peeling.
  3. Remove pit from date.
  4. Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high for 45 – 60 seconds until smooth.
