Founded by Joe Cross after the phenomenal success of his documentary Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead. Reboot is a socially conscious health and wellness company that offers support, encouragement, community, media and tools to everyday people (like you and me). The company helps people achieve and maintain weight loss, health and wellness by simply adding more fruits and vegetables into their diets.

The Reboot Team

Joe Cross
Joe Cross is the founder and CEO of Reboot. His personal story of transformation was chronicled in the documentary Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead, which has been seen by more than 10 MM people worldwide.  The incredible response to screenings of the film inspired Joe to create Reboot with Joe, making the tools, information and support available to enable anyone to reclaim their well-being. He’s currently filming a new documentary and spends time between Australia and the U.S., always with a juice in hand. Follow him on twitter @JoetheJuicer and read his full story.

Alex Tibbetts
As Reboot’s Financial Controller, Alex oversees a majority of the company’s financials including bill payment and monthly earnings, in addition to human resources tasks like employee benefits. Fruits and vegetables have been a part of Alex’s life for a long time because she grew up with a large vegetable garden, maintained by her mother and grandmother, that gave her constant access to organic produce.  Keeping up with her Polish tradition, Alex’s favorite vegetable is beet in the form of borscht or juice. Alex enjoys trying many of Joe’s juice recipes to help her stay healthy as a mom to her two young children.

Allison Floam
Allison is Executive Vice President, Business Development and Strategy at Reboot. She is an avid entrepreneur with a passion for the consumer/health and wellness space. Allison holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Joe turned Allison on to juicing three years ago and now she’s hooked on Joe’s Mean Green. While she may not be the most active in the kitchen, she loves tennis, golf, spinning, and is always on the hunt for new workout classes in NYC. Follow her on Twitter @afloam.

Ameet Maturu
Ameet is the Director of E-commerce at Reboot. As a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, he has always had a love for healthy food and loves to experiment in his kitchen with whole, natural foods. He is a proud new father and currently resides in Brooklyn with his wife and daughter. For more culinary inspiration, check out his site:

Brenna Ryan
Brenna is the Products and Services Manager at Reboot and has been a part of the team since April 2012. She has always lived an active and healthy lifestyle, but since joining Team Reboot she has found a new passion for juicing and now finds herself always encouraging friends and family to try new fun recipes from the Reboot Kitchen. Brenna also enjoys experimenting with veggie friendly recipes at home; her new favorite is Spicy Garlic Sautéed Kale.

Chris Zilo
As Director of Community and Web Operations, Chris is responsible for making sure our websites are working day to day, while also continuing to build our online community. He’s been as heavy as 250 lbs and as light as 150 lbs during his adult life. Through his dietary struggles, he’s learned that when he “eats good” he “feels good” and that Reboots often serve as the first step to a healthier path. He enjoys being inspired by the stories of our community members. His favorite juice is the Morning Green Glory, he simply can’t start his day without one! Erin Flowers
After watching Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead for the first time two years ago, Erin was motivated to change her life. By adding more fruits and vegetables to her diet, Erin has lost weight, come off medications she was taking for a thyroid disease, and landed her ideal job. At Reboot with Joe she manages the store operations for Erin is now furthering her education to become a Holistic Health Coach. It’s a tall order, but she hopes one day to be able to inspire others the way Joe has inspired her.

Kari Thorstensen
As the Managing Director of Reboot, Kari Thorstensen is responsible for product development and web services. Until the age of 23, Kari did not eat any green vegetables. She loves making up juices with her 4-year-old son. Dino Juice has been replaced by Rainbow Race Car Juice as the current favorite.

Sarah Mawson
Sarah is the Director of Marketing at Reboot. Having discovered first-hand the power we have to take control of our health and the changes we can make to reverse and prevent disease, Sarah is excited to share the Reboot mission with others. Her favorite ingredient to add to any juice is always ginger (although not everyone in the Reboot kitchen agrees with her that more is always better!).

He has also worked on shows for TV & web platforms, including Discovery Channel, PBS, Yahoo Screen, and Hulu.
