Spring Clean Juice

If you want a green juice that can deliver spring detoxifying benefits and keep you hydrated, then this drink is for you. Cucumber, green apple, lemon and spinach combine offering you a ton of nutritional benefits. Research has linked eating apples to a lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes, while lemons have a high amount of vitamin C and help promote weight loss. Feel free to top this juice with a sprinkle of cayenne pepper or add some fresh mint or parsley.


  • 2 green apples
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 handful of spinach


Apple – Pear, grapes (any type), cherries, blueberries

Cucumber – Celery, zucchini, jicama

Lemon – Orange, grapefruit, lime

Spinach – Kale, lettuce, chard


  1. Peel lemon (optional).
  2. Wash all produce well.
  3. Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy!
