Apple Pie Spiced Juice

An apple pie is certainly a classic comfort dessert and one of my personal favorites. Here’s a great juice recipe that brings together apples with warming spices to enjoy that same pie flavor in a healthier way. Bonus points if you pick your own apples this season!

  • 2 green apples
  • 2 yellow carrots
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 large celery sticks
  • 1 knob (1/2 inch/1cm) of ginger
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp of cinnamon


  1. Chop and prepare produce
  2. Peel the lemon (optional)
  3. Juice & enjoy!


Apple – red apple, pear, pineapple

Yellow carrots – orange or purple carrots, sweet potato

Lemon – lime, yellow grapefruit

Celery – celeriac, zucchini

Ginger – turmeric
