Sweet Summer Season Juice

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes

Yield: 1

Serving Size: 16 - 18 oz. (500 mls)

Ingredients

In Australia, summer is coming to an end so this is a lovely sweet end-of-season juice. And for the northern hemisphere, your warm weather is on it’s way so this is a great juice you can enjoy all season long. The celery tones down the sweetness of this juice while adding extra electrolytes. This juice is high in lycopene, the more ripe the watermelon and the darker the flesh the higher the content of this carotenoid lycopene. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1/4 watermelon
10 strawberries
2 large celery sticks

Directions:

1.) Wash all ingredients well.

2.) Chop to fit through your juicer.

3.) Juice and enjoy!

Substitutions:
Watermelon – cantaloupe, honeydew (Green melon), ruby grapefruit
Strawberries – blueberries, raspberries, red apple
Celery – zucchini, cucumber, celeriac
