Wish Upon a Watermelon Juice

By: Claire Georgiou, Reboot Naturopath, B.HSc ND

In Australia, summer is coming to an end so this is a lovely sweet end-of-season juice. And for the northern hemisphere, your warm weather is on it’s way so this is a great juice you can enjoy all season long. The celery tones down the sweetness of this juice while adding extra electrolytes. This juice is high in lycopene, the more ripe the watermelon and the darker the flesh the higher the content of this carotenoid lycopene. Enjoy!
