Perfect LOVE* Green Juice

By: Kari Thorstensen

We are very lucky in New York City to have juice bars on practically every other corner including in the local hardware store. But if you took a poll here at Team Reboot, Organic Avenue would rank as one of our all time favorites. Founder Denise Mari has been juicing and making delicious raw treats longer than any of us. So we have been eagerly anticipating the release of her book this week — Organic Avenue: Recipes for Life, Made with LOVE*.

It is full of awesome raw juices, smoothies, salads, entrees and treats and even DIY boosters for when you feel a cold coming on.  Since Green juices are our favorite, we asked Denise to share one from the book. Enjoy!
