In the Reboot Kitchen: Orange Fennel Juice

I like to think of my kitchen as an experimental playground. I am always combining different fruits and vegetables together to come up with a pleasant surprise. I may not get it right every time, but with this Orange Fennel Juice I was definitely pleasantly surprised and loved the taste. The juice was complete when I added it to my Reboot with Joe To-Go Tumbler.
Ingredients:
1 wedge purple cabbage
4 kale leaves
1 large cucumber
1/2 fennel bulb
2 oranges
1 apple
Directions:
1.) Peel oranges.
2.) Juice all ingredients through juicer.
3.) Pour into your Reboot with Joe To-Go Tumbler and enjoy!

Is it one lemon and one orange rather than two oranges? Ingredients differ from method tho pic shows one of each
Hi Chris – It’s two oranges, no lemon. The directions have been fixed!
I’ll be trying this today but still wish the nutritional information went along with the recipes the way they were posted when the website first started.
I also would really love to have the nutritional information included with the recipes. Is that possible? Would be a great help in balancing out the weeks menu. Thanks!
I tried this juice recipe this morning & it was very good & filling .thanks for sharing.
Just tried this one and it is really good.
Has anyone tried without the cabbage?
Is there a master list of nutritional information on all veg and fruits? That way you could just look it up.
Love this recips it is yummy love the fennel
Does the fennel give it an anise flavor, like black licorice? The only fennel at my local store is anise fennel. I hate black licorice, so I’m a little leery about putting fennel into this juice.
I’m with you on dislike for black licorice.
I am curious like Lisa about doing this without the cabbage. I typically dont buy it so I’d likely leave it out.
Just juiced this recipe! Turned out great!
