Spring Break Party Juice

By: Jamie Webber

Since spring is supposed to be here but it’s still freezing and miserable outside (at least it is here in NYC!), we have to find other ways to pretend this season is being good to us. This is where spring-like, refreshing juice recipes come in handy. Last week was especially cold, so Jamin, our head of production at Team Reboot, surprised our palates by making a cocktail that brought us right to Cancun. In the Reboot Kitchen, we were having our own spring break cocktail, and we may or may not have added a little tequila. Hey, it was a Friday evening after a busy week! If you find that you’re getting sick of this cold weather, make this liquid sunshine in your kitchen. We think it will make you feel so much better and bring on a much needed springtime smile. Cheers!
