The Evolution of Medicine Summit Starts Today (It’s Free!)

By: Joe Cross

G’Day Rebooters,

Back in 1998 when I was diagnosed with chronic urticaria, an autoimmune disease that made me break out in super-itchy, painful welts at the slightest touch, I turned to modern medicine for a solution. I ended up on a regime of powerful drugs to try and control the symptoms. I continued to outsource my health in this way for the next 8 years before the hard realization on my 40th birthday that I was fat, sick and nearly dead – and needed to take back control of my health.

Sadly, my story is far from unique. As of 2012, the Centers for Disease Control reported that about half of the US adult population (117 million people) live with one or more chronic health conditions such as Type 2 diabetes, heart disease and a range of autoimmune diseases. Our current approach to health just isn’t working.

Medicine is changing to solve this modern epidemic – doctors are beginning to treat the whole individual, not just the symptoms, and patients are learning to be actively involved with their own care. The Evolution of Medicine Summit is designed to help both physicians and patients do just that.

I was honored to be asked to share my experience of what I learned about taking control of my health. I encourage you to listen to this FREE, online summit that begins TODAY and will shine a light on the work of people I consider to be true health revolutionaries — Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Frank Lipman, Dr. Deepak Chopra, the Foodbabe (Vani Hari) and so many more.

Register for FREE today.  The Summit runs from September 8-15.

More than 20 million people around the world watched Joe Cross juice his way across America, losing 100 pounds and getting off medication in Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead. The film ignited a juicing movement. Viewers around the world have been inspired to start juicing, lose weight and get healthy - and as a result of the film over 370 million glasses of fresh juice have been consumed, 370,000 tons of fruit and vegetables consumed, more than 24.8 million pounds of weight lost, and over 220,000 people are now medication free. Joe's second film, Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead 2 was released in November 2014. Through his journey and the lives of the people he meets throughout the film Joe shares all that he's learned about how to stay healthy in an unhealthy world, revealing that most of us really do have more control over of our health than we think - and that none of us are perfect, especially Joe himself! His book, The Reboot with Joe Juice Diet, hit the New York Times' best seller list in March 2014, and the companion guide The Reboot with Joe Juice Diet Cookbook launched that summer.
