This online program is led by one of our Reboot Nutritionists who provides personal attention, answers all your questions, and helps you tailor the program for your needs. That’s 30 days with your very own nutritionist!

Rachel Gargano MS, RD, LDN, CSSD

Rachel is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics whose passion lies with helping people reach their best health and wellness self. She owns a private practice based just north of Boston, and is a consultant for many companies, working with individuals worldwide. Her focuses include sports nutrition, maternal and infant health, plant-based nutrition, and weight loss.

The program includes a five-day period of juicing along with plant-based meals, followed by 25 days of juicing-only.

During your 30-Day Reboot, you will likely experience weight loss, your skin may become more radiant, and you will may begin to think more clearly. Your system will be flooded with an abundance of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients that help keep your body strong and vibrant. You might even notice your taste buds will start to crave healthier food.

Juicing offers many potential life-enhancing benefits, including an abundance of key nutrients naturally found in fruits and vegetables, and some nutrients may even be easier for you to absorb. Juicing also allows you to reduce daily caloric intake while flooding your body with necessary vitamins and minerals without feeling hungry.

Live Video Chats, Your Own Coach, and a Private Community

Your meal plans and recipes throughout the program have been developed to maximize results through the right blend of fruits and vegetables, flooding your body with micronutrients to support weight loss and a healthy metabolism.

Your dedicated Reboot Nutritionist is available through live video chats (webinars) to coach you through the program and answer your questions. You can also message your coach privately to help you set goals, customize the program for your needs, and answer additional concerns.

Through a private online group, you can connect with other participants to share encouragement, challenges and triumphs. You’ll also be able to re-watch webinars and access all program materials in a secure environment.

What You’ll Need

**We recommend adding protein powder to your juice if you plan to Reboot beyond 15 days. Our Reboot with Joe Protein Powder is unflavored, unsweetened and specially designed for juice, but you may use any unsweetened, vegan protein powder that’s free of additives or artificial ingredients.
