The days of Mike weighing 345 lbs./156 kg, being pre-diabetic, having high blood pressure and suffering back pain, are over. Once addicted to eating whatever he craved (the unhealthy stuff!), he is now over 100 lbs./45 kg. lighter.
After his uncle told him about Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead, Mike was inspired to make a change. He slowly introduced juicing to his existing diet, but then found the strength to commit to a complete Reboot. Seventy days later, he was a different person. Along with huge weight loss results, Mike no longer suffers any of his health conditions, has now adopted a micro-nutrient rich diet and exercises at least four times a week. He now has the blood pressure of an athlete!
Aside from weight loss, Mike is now proud to be the person people go to for advice on how to achieve a healthy lifestyle like he did! He has also tremendously helped his mother regain her health through juicing, after being hospitalized twice for diet related issues.
Mike allows himself one cheat day a week, but finds he still never over does it and enjoys incorporating healthy, with his cheat food.
