Protein Pumping Smoothing
There’s an athlete inside all of us and this is a fantastic go-to smoothie for everyone who is out there pumping iron and participating in lots of exercise.

Remember, getting enough protein varies person by person. It’s up to you how much protein you need in your diet. For me, I found that I got enough protein from the juicing I was doing since I was loading up on kale every day. However, when I am not Rebooting, this kind of smoothie is a great way to start the day. I will be satisfied until lunch time.


  • 4 kale leaves (Tuscan cabbage)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 date, pitted
  • 2 Tbsp. almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
