Energy Smoothie Recipe

Energizing Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 large handful of kale (Tuscan cabbage)
1 banana
1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raw cacao nibs
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1 cup coconut water

Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until smooth, about 45 – 60 seconds.
