How did you learn about Reboot with Joe?
I attended a seminar that Joe was speaking at in Tampa, Florida. I met some awesome people who said they would like to feature my success story, and I was flattered. I am very proud to share my journey, and continue to learn new ways to stay inspired.

What inspired you to do a Reboot?
I was inspired to Reboot due to my failing health and a life time of obesity that I could no longer let take over my health and happiness.

How did the experience go for you?
I felt better than I’ve ever felt in my life. I realized the benefits of juicing right away, and continue to eat raw and juice as much as possible.

How much weight did you lose (even if that wasn’t your goal!)?
Over the course of about 2-3 years, I lost about 110 pounds, and felt the best I have ever felt in my life.

Did you have any notable health or physical improvements?      
I had a knee injury from obvious reasons of too much weight. I no longer suffer from knee pain and I am able to run and do almost any kind of exercise.

What was the toughest part about the Reboot experience?
The toughest part is living with family that are not on the same page. It can be difficult to continue when there are other foods around that are not part of the plan.

What habits have you maintained and kept a part of your everyday life?
Juicing, exercise and reading plenty of daily studies to keep me inspired.

What is your lasting impression of the Reboot experience?
Knowing how beneficial it is to help your system reset itself. Putting only healthy fruits and veggies in your body, it retrains your taste buds to get off sugar and processed foods.
