This juice recipe is super high in antioxidants particularly the gorgeous anthocyanins that are present in the purple carrots and beets alongside the carotenoids and zeaxanthin from the carrots and oranges and the vitamin C in the oranges. It’s also nice to add in some turmeric and ginger to really up the benefits of this juice.
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 1 purple carrot
- 1 carrot
- 1 beet (beetroot)
- 1 in (2.5 cm) piece of ginger
- 1 in (2.5 cm) piece of turmeric fresh
- Wash all produce well.
- Peel orange, lemon and beet.
- Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy.
- Orange – mandarin, tangelo, grapefruit
