The fruit and vegetable pigments found in this juice will help to improve your complexion, protect your skin from sun damage (nutrients act as a natural sun screen) and will give you a healthy glow! This juice recipe is super high in antioxidants particularly the gorgeous anthocyanins that are present in the purple carrots and beets alongside the carotenoids and zeaxanthin from the carrots and oranges and the vitamin C in the oranges. It’s also nice to add in some turmeric and ginger to really up the benefits of this juice.
