Ingredients:

 

  • Yucca
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Peel and cut Yucca root into circles.
  2. Spray with Olive Oil.
  3. Bake at 450 for 30 minutes or until crisp.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
