A Nutritionist Explains: Why A Guided Reboot Works

For the past 2 years I’ve been coaching both new and repeat Rebooters through our Guided Reboot program. The Guided Reboot is an amazing program that encompasses so much more than just a meal plan and a coach to help you through it. Our Guided Reboot program is primarily lead online, on a community site, and it’s that site that brings people from all over the world together, to form a community and a support system that helps to promote success.

People are always asking me why they should do a Guided Reboot, how it may help them and why I love coaching the program. So I figured I’d give you a quick rundown.

How Does a Guided Reboot Work?
The 15-Day and 30-Day programs include meal plans, shopping lists, and professional guidance via webinars and online communication before, during and after your Guided Reboot. The 30 Day plan also includes exercise support and audio recordings from one of our fitness experts.

You will gain access to our private online groups where you can connect with other Rebooters in your group, contact and communicate with your coach, easily access your meal plans, shopping lists, and other Reboot materials. You can even keep your own e-journal to track your progress.

So What Makes it Different from Other Diet Programs?
In a time where there are so many programs out there, I find that the Guided Reboot is exceptional and unique because it offers that key aspect of support- a component that most programs lack. In addition, I and the rest of the Nutrition Team, are all credentialed Registered Dietitians, with years of experience to ensure safety while Rebooting and to answer your questions along the way.

In my experience leading the Guided Reboot program I have seen so many incredible transformations and new beginnings for so many people. I find that aside from our community, the most beneficial part of our program is how we deal with breaking down individual barriers and on working to form healthy habits while discussing key aspects to a healthy life like exercise, sleep, mindfulness and stress management among other things.
