With a diet that consisted mainly of salty, sweet and fatty foods, Tyler was overweight and unhealthy with a low self-esteem. He’d never tried dieting to improve his health but after seeing Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead, he went out and bought a juicer that same day and dove in head first.

Tyler says he improved his life by a million times! I reckon that’s a million reasons to start juicing! He lost 115 lbs./52 kg, dropped 10 pant sizes and says he is smarter, sharper and sleeps better than ever before. The weight loss completely changed the way he feels about himself, and he is now confident again.

Tyler works at his local Food Co-op where he gets to be around fresh produce all day, and even has access to a juice bar! His new look has regular customers asking, “How did you do it?” so he continues to spread the message of juicing and eating more fruits and vegetables.
Tyler juices every day and eats small, healthy meals which has enabled him to keep all of the weight off for three years. Great job, mate! Staying on track after weight loss can sometimes be the hardest part, so well done for maintaining your new, healthy lifestyle. Juice on!
