When doctors gave surgery and medication as the only solution to fixing her health problems that consisted of joint pain, migraines and more, Tanya decided to take her health into her own hands. With a weight loss of 82 lbs./38 kg. after a 120 day juice-fast, Tanya says she is only halfway through her Reboot journey but has already seen major improvements to her health.
After struggling with her weight since her teens due to the divorce of her parents and then a rocky relationship with her step-father, Tanya grew up wearing her pain on the outside. She battled emotional eating and as a result, her life was affected with numerous health conditions. Due to her weight, she developed a knee injury, which left her walking with a cane as well as high blood pressure and frequent headaches and migraines.
Her physical therapist, who was treating her knee injury, recommended she watch Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead. When watching it, she was able to completely relate with the journey that Phil and I went on and knew that she could do it herself.
Since her Reboot, Tanya has not suffered a single migraine and can now walk up to four miles a day without her cane. She is preparing herself for another Reboot after the holidays, where she hopes to lose another 80 lbs. Best of luck, Tanya! Your current success has paved the way for more success to come. Juice on!
