“What I like most of all is having my passion and enthusiasm back. My blood sugars are excellent with just 1 Metformin per day. My doctor is very pleased and in 3 months we may discontinue my blood pressure, cholesterol and triglyceride medications.” “Juicing and plant-based eating have recharged by body. My taste buds have become experts. Everything tastes different. Sugar no longer controls my life. I feel great. The 60-Day Thyroid Reboot has helped my hormones to function at their optimum.”

Whether recently diagnosed with prediabetes or having lived for some time with type 2 diabetes, managing your condition can be overwhelming. You may feel helpless in the face of diabetes, and scared by the serious – even life-threatening – long-term complications.
While it is a serious disease, there is a great deal you can do to improve your health and reduce your risk of long-term complications. You’ve probably heard a lot about the ways in which you can “cope with diabetes,” but in fact you can do so much more than just cope with it.
Understanding your own diabetes and learning to keep your sugar stable can help take the fear and helplessness out of this frightening diagnosis, and can transform your future.
For those with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes:
7-day transition phase into the program
25-day juice-only Reboot
28-day transition to whole foods + juicing
Specially Designed Recipes and Personal Attention
Your meal plans and recipes throughout the program are customized for your condition, focusing on low-glycemic juices made from fruits and vegetables.
You’ll also eliminate foods that can cause intolerances while consuming key nutrients you need to help optimize your health.
Your dedicated Reboot Nutritionist is available through live video chats (webinars) to coach you through the program and answer your question. You can also message your coach privately to help you set goals, customize the program for your needs, and answer additional concerns.
Through a private online group, you can connect with other participants, share encouragement, challenges and triumphs. You’ll also be able to re-watch video chats and access all program materials on a secure site.
Juicing offers many potential life-enhancing benefits, including an abundance of key nutrients naturally found in fruits and vegetables, and some nutrients may even be easier for you to absorb. Juicing also allows you to reduce daily caloric intake while flooding your body with necessary vitamins and minerals without feeling hungry.
Lose Weight Safely
An important part of managing diabetes is maintaining a healthy weight. If you are currently overweight, even a modest weight loss can make a significant difference in your blood sugar control. This Guided Reboot can help you lose weight during the program itself, and will also give you a much clearer idea of how and what to eat to maintain that loss after the program.
Manage Blood Sugar
Throughout the program you will log your sugars and learn how levels change in response to food, physical activity, medications, illness, alcohol, stress, and for women, fluctuations in hormone levels. This information is critical to successful long-term management of the condition.
Gain Support and Confidence
Living with diabetes can sometimes feel overwhelming, but a support network can make all the difference. During the Reboot you will have the support not only of a dedicated nutritionist/coach, but also from a private group of other participants in your session who understand what you’re going through. Research confirms that those who lose weight as part of a group are more successful than those who go it alone.
If you have prediabetes, making changes now can help stop the disease from progressing. This Guided Reboot for Diabetes can help. If you are overweight, eating a plant-based diet and losing weight can help to delay or even prevent type 2 diabetes in some cases.

Our program helps you understand that even if you take thyroid medication, it is crucial to follow nutritional and other lifestyle guidelines to further improve your health. Dining out is always a tricky trap when it comes to weight gain, especially if you live in a big city or have a busy schedule. Mia was someone caught in this trap, along with suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome, seizures, an undiagnosed condition similar to MS, and being unable to walk without a cane. Within two days of juicing, Mia’s seizures had completely stopped and she had lost 15 lbs./7 kg. From feeling 80 years old to now feeling like she did as a teenager, Mia has realized nutrition is key to living a healthy, happy life.* *
The days of Mike weighing 345 lbs./156 kg, being pre-diabetic, having high blood pressure and suffering back pain, are over. Once addicted to eating whatever he craved (the unhealthy stuff!), he is now over 100 lbs./45 kg. lighter. *
This program is specifically tailored for those with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes. A 15-Day or 30-Day Guided Reboot Program may be better suited for individuals who do not have diabetes. That said, enrollment is open to those without these conditions. We do not recommend this program for those with type 1 diabetes, especially those who are insulin dependent. Please contact us if you have questions.
Group sizes are limited and often fill up 1-2 weeks before start date. We recommend registering early.
Our live video chats are hosted by GoToWebinar. Prior to your first session, we will send you an email with instructions on how to get set up. The webinar can be viewed on a PC or Mac computer, smartphone, or tablet. For system requirements, please visit the GoToMeeting website. If your computer or device is not supported, you can also participate via a dial-in phone number that will be provided. If you are unable to watch live, you can access the recorded sessions at a later time.
