Rhaya, has been practicing nutrition in Australia and London for more than 20 years in both private practice and as a Naturopathic Director of Blackmores UK. She has vast experience training doctors and pharmacists in Australia in natural health, and has worked alongside pharmacists in a diabetes specialist pharmacy in Queensland. Rhaya graduated from Nature Care College in Sydney, and received a post-grad certificate in higher education from the University of Westminster in London. Her passion lies in supporting people with Type 2 Diabetes and helping others normalize their relationship to food. She currently lives in South London with her partner, two teenagers and a cat.

This program is specifically tailored for those with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes. A 15-Day or 30-Day Guided Reboot Program may be better suited for individuals who do not have diabetes. That said, enrollment is open to those without these conditions. We do not recommend this program for those with type 1 diabetes, especially those who are insulin dependent. Group sizes are limited and often fill up 1-2 weeks before start date. We recommend registering early.
Our live video chats are hosted by GoToWebinar. Prior to your first session, we will send you an email with instructions on how to get set up.
