Leslie was always used to cooking your typical southern foods, which meant she and her family were used to eating fried foods cooked in bacon grease with lashings of BBQ sauce. The combination of her diet, smoking for 20 years, and never stepping foot into a gym was taking a toll on her health.
After watching Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead, Leslie decided to do a 30 Day Reboot to help her own health and her husband’s who was on eight medications. Together, they were able to achieve improved health with amazing weight loss and her husband is no longer on any medications.
Leslie has also made the decision to make their house a no meat, no junk food zone. Now she has the whole family juicing and following a plant-based diet, even her teenage kids! She is now proud to be 40 and feeling fabulous (and healthy!) Juicing gave Leslie the mental clarity she needed to fully love herself and know that she has self-worth. Plus, she was able to treat herself to a Victoria’s Secret bra, something she hadn’t been able to fit into for years!
Leslie says she looks and feels 15 years younger since changing her lifestyle and that her and her husband’s sex life has gone through the roof! She is gracious for finding her health and has never been more at peace and happy. Truly inspiring, Leslie. Juice on!
