Before Angela committed to living a healthy lifestyle, she couldn’t jog 30 seconds without losing her breath, but now she runs half-marathons. Angela has lost 86 lbs./40 kg since she started juicing. Before watching Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead, decadent foods were a large part of Angela’s life both at work and socially. She worked as a food critic and gourmet chef and as a result, she was overweight and unhappy until a friend inspired her to watch the film.
Angela started a 10 Day Reboot and never looked back. She didn’t know how bad she felt until she started to feel good! Not only has she seen amazing weight loss results, she also has more energy, clearer skin and sleeps much better at night. Juicing also completely changed her relationship with food and has encouraged her to learn how to cook vegan and vegetarian meals, limit her meat intake and Reboot for 3-5 days every month.
