I had a great 3 days of wonderful vibrant fresh juices! I am still continuing with more fresh juices plus simple but delicious raw food meals. I’m not 100% but making more and more changes to my daily diet. I think my daily mindset is even changing which makes me the most happy!!

Going great! Lost almost 10 pounds in 8 days! I put a little fruit in my Green Mean Drink and that makes it okay!

Saw your film “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead”, and started a 7 day juice fast followed up with regular juicing and eating raw fruits and veggies, I started on June 12th, and weighed 240 lbs. 20 days later, I had a weigh in, and the scale read 227, 13 pounds, very happy.

I began my total juice reboot on June 16 and it has been awesome. I feel so much better and for the first time in long while my face is not bloated. In the past 3 months I packed on the pounds and they went to my face and stomach. I didn’t recognize myself any more. Thanks to FS&ND I was moved to do something. I’m aiming for a forty day juice fast. I’m not sure I can do it but I plan on giving it a go.

My wife and I saw your movie “Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead,”… With the a-okay from our doctor, we started juicing. I weighed in at an obese 280 lbs and Sally at 223.5 lbs. No matter what greens/carrots/veggies I juice, I hide the flavor with an apple or fruit.
We should have started much, much sooner. We have only been “rebooting” for 2 days now and have each dropped 2.5 lbs.
It sure is nice to know that there are so many other Rebooters out there to keep us motivated to reach our goals!

I got my Breville and now I’m off to the races. Juicing has changed my life. Not only do I feel better, but I gave up all soft drinks, meat, sweets and lastly coffee. They just don’t appeal to me any longer. I juice 3-4 times a day and eat greens and fruit otherwise. My cheat day, I enjoy Sushi. I’m ready to commit to a Reboot as soon as the next scheduled one is planned. My body has adjusted and I’m ready to go. Thanks to the Phil and Joe for changing my life.

I am 54 years old, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes about 18 months ago, so when I saw the video ‘Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead’, a light bulb went off in my head.
I bought a juicer on line, and started juicing the day after it arrived. Today is day 15, the “cradle cap” in my scalp has gone, fungal infections are already a thing of the past, the dermatitis I suffered on my forehead and hands has gone. And I have halved my diabetes medication (with close monitoring of my blood glucose levels of course)!
I have lost 3.4 kilos in weight and have more energy than I have had for years. I can’t wait to see the change in myself on day 60. The Reboot has not only changed me physically. It has also really inspired me.

I’ve been looking for ways to keep myself healthy, and I was so excited when I saw your video that I immediately ordered a juicer…I feel your video was an answer to my prayers. Seeing the 6 bowling balls that represented Phil’s weight loss was a shocker & seeing him wearing the Kangaroo t-shirt made me cry.
I should receive my juicer any day now & when I get going on this I hope to share this with others too. We need to take our health back & how simple it is!

I started my journey with Rebooting on June 24. My goal is to do the 60 day Reboot. I am currently on day 17 and have never felt better. My reason for starting this is to get my life back! Thank you Joe for taking this journey yourself and showing all of us we can do it too!

I just finished my 10 day reboot yesterday. Between the prep week prior to the juice fast and the 10 days of juicing I dropped 18 lbs! So so excited! This is just the jump start to keep me going.
Joe, my adult son and I are into the juicing, we aren’t doing a total reboot, we do eat about 3/4 juice per day (vegetable and fruit) and some healthy meals. Thank you so much, we both notice the change in our health, I have lost some weight. What I did notice was changes in my skin-tone and softness, guess your skin is the largest organ of your body after all. Amazing. Thank you so much for the film. My son insisted I see it, and it is changing m life. We started back in May and I guess you could say that June was a reboot for us.

Hello everyone! Two nights ago we watched Joe’s “Fat Sick and Nearly Dead” video. My daughter’s idea, but it brought tears to my eyes throughout the movie. I saw me in most of the video and it was an eye opener. Yesterday my daughter & I Juiced for the morning & lunch as a trial, then we had a soup for dinner. (I think she planned this) She told me, “Mom if we can juice for part of a day we can do it for a week” Today is the beginning of my 30 day juicing. (My daughter is doing it with me for a week, I love her for that!) If I can handle juicing for this month of July I plan on taking on August for my second month of juicing. It sounds like a huge commitment but I’m going to try. We both had our 8oz of hot water with Ginger and lemon, then 16oz of filtered water. Breakfast: 3 organic carrots, 2 organic apples, 1 small piece of ginger about 1″. Our mid-noon snack was again ginger, kale, celery and lemon. I have to admit that the mid-noon snack juice was powerful. When I took my first swallow I was like “oh my” it smells like a fresh cut lawn…but I survived and drank it. I have experienced no hunger thus far…this is going to be the biggest challenge in my entire life. I keep focusing on the fact that I need to lose the extra bowling balls in my life, they hold you down and make our internal organs work harder. its time I give them a break and allow my body to be who I was suppose to be in the first place and that is to become healthier. My daughter said next step after all your weight loss is to get ya married! Wow now she is dreaming…

Joe, I have to first say that you movie, Fat Sik and nearly Dead was the motivation I needed to kickstart my road to healthy eating. Being unemployed for the summer and snacking on not so healthy snacking, with two boys who enjoy chips, pizza, etc. let’s just say I noticed some extra lbs. i made the choice after watching your movie that I had to do something. I already incorporated exercise in my weekly routine by spinning, nightly dog walking and doing Zumba on my sons Xbox connect, but I had those extra lbs that I couldn’t get rid of. I’m 5 days into the 15 day classic reboot program. The first thing I noticed was how I wasn’t bloated as much. I haven’t stepped on a scale yet but I can already notice my clothes not feeling as snug. I’m posting my food and juice on fb and I’m getting alot of encouragement, which is very helpful. Being the main person who cooks and grocery shops I’m staring to weed through and eliminate the not so healthy foods in our house. The entire family is benefiting from this process and I want to thank you for inspiring so many people including my family to make healthier food choices and getting our bodies back on track. I started a 40 day juice only reboot on June 13 and today is day 40! I am so excited that i was able to finish. I lost 37 lbs, have much more energy than ever before and am so grateful for this community. Thanks Joe so much for your inspiration.
My husband and I bought a juicer after watching your DVD. We have been juicing twice a day and a healthy meal every day. My hubby has lost 10 and I have lost 6. It is such an easy way to get your daily vegetables.
