Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes

Yield: 1 1/3 cups

In the Valentine’s Day episode of The Joe Show (you can watch it live tomorrow  so be on the look out for our newsletter), juiceologist Brandi Kowalski shows us how to make our very own vegan chocolate sauce. It’s simple, so tasty, and can be added to homemade almond milk, banana ice cream, or anything else that just tastes delicious with chocolate (that’s everything in my eyes).

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cacao powder
1 cup maple syrup (or agave)
1 Tbsp. coconut butter
Pinch of sea salt

Step 1:
Add all ingredients to blender.

Step 2: Blend until completely smooth, about 45 – 60 seconds.

Step 3: Pour into dish.

Step 4: Store in the fridge and add to your favorite sweet recipes!
