Point Taken! Weight Watchers Embraces Fruits and Veggies

The famous Weight Watchers weight loss program recently underwent a major transformation. The tried and true “Points” program has been tweaked (or overhauled, depending on who you talk to) to move in the direction of promoting more whole foods and less processed foods. This shift has caused a stir among some long-time Weight Watchers members because in some cases weight-loss has slowed down, and in others it can be just plain confusing.
