Tabbouleh Juice

Ingredients 1 big bunch parsley (approx. 4 cups) 1 tomato 1/4 red onion 1/2-1 lemon (peeled) 1/2 cucumber 1 tsp olive oil Dash sea salt and black pepper   Directions Push parsley, tomato, red onion, lemon and cucumber through juicer. Add olive oil, salt and pepper into juice, stir to mix. Pour over ice and enjoy!

Ingredients   3 large Red Beets (Australia beetroot) 2 medium Carrots 2 stalks Celery 4 Plum Tomatoes 4 cups Parsley, leaves and stems, roughly chopped and packed into the measuring cup 1 Jalapeno, ribs and seeds removed 12 Red Radishes   Directions Wash all produce well Juice Pour over ice Enjoy!

Apple, Beet (Australian Beetroot), Carrot Juice

Ingredients   1 Apple 2 Beets (Australia beetroot) 3 Large Carrots 1 Piece Ginger (thumb sized) 4 cups Spinach/Kale (Australia tuscan cabbage)   Directions Wash all produce well Juice Pour over ice Enjoy!

Apple Cabbage Greens Juice

Ingredients   2 Apples 1 wedge Red Cabbage 2 large Carrots 1 piece Ginger (thumb sized) 6 leaves Swiss Chard (Australia silverbeet) 1/4 lemon   Directions Wash all produce well Peel lemon, optional Juice Pour over ice Enjoy!

Blackberry Kiwi Blend – Smoothie

Ingredients   1/4 large Pineapple, core removed and roughly cubed 1 cup Blackberries 1 Kiwi Fruit, peeled 1 Banana, peeled 1/2 Comice Pear 1/2 cup Coconut Water 30 Mint leaves 1 tbsp Flax seed oil (optional) Ice (optional)   Directions   Add all ingredients to blender and liquify.

Great Green Fruit Blend – Smoothie

Ingredients 2 cups Beet Greens, Red Swiss Chard, Kale, Spinach or a combination, roughly chopped and packed into the measuring cup 1 Banana 1 Golden Delicious Apple 1/2 Comice Pear 10 Strawberries, green tops cut off 1 cup Coconut Water   Directions Make sure to set the blender on the liquefy setting for this recipe.

Pomegranate Blueberry Chard Blend – Smoothie

Ingredients 1/2 cup frozen Pomegranate Seeds 1 cup Blueberries 1 cup Berry of Your Choice (blackberry, cherry, raspberry, strawberry) 5 leaves Rainbow Swiss Chard (Australia: Silverbeet) 4 oz unsweetened Coconut Water 1/2 cup crushed ice or ice cubes (if using fresh fruit)   Directions Add all ingredients to blender and set to liquefy.

Lemon Lime – Juice

Ingredients   1 Lemon 1 Lime 2 Asian Pears 2 Green Apples 2 Carrots 1 Piece Ginger (thumb sized) 2 cups Purple Cabbage   Directions Wash all produce well Peel lemon and lime, optional Juice Pour over ice Enjoy!

Green Lemonade – Juice

Ingredients   1 Green Apple 2 cups Spinach (~3 handfulls) 2 cups Kale leaves (~6-8 leaves) (Australia tuscan cabbage) 1/2 Cucumber 4 Celery Stalks 1/2 Lemon   Directions Wash all produce well Peel lemon, optional Juice Pour over ice Enjoy!
