For the past 2 years I’ve been coaching both new and repeat Rebooters through our Guided Reboot program. The Guided Reboot is an amazing program that encompasses so much more than just a meal plan and a coach to help you through it. Our Guided Reboot program is primarily lead online, on a community site, and it’s that site that brings people from all over the world together, to form a community and a support system that helps to promote success. People are always asking me why they should do a Guided Reboot, how it may help them and why I love coaching the program. So I figured I’d give you a quick rundown.
