Feeling this good makes me want to get on the scale every day. I never thought I’d say that either. But I don’t get on the scale every day. As tempting as it is to jump on there and see how much weight I’m losing each day, I’m only weighing myself every week or so to monitor my weight loss and send my updates to Dr. Fuhrman.
