It’s day 10 and I’m packing up to head back to New York City. I’m beginning to feel the autumn chill starting to set in. The season is changing and so am I! I’m feeling good. I’m doing my best not to weigh myself every single day (errr…multiple times a day). But I must admit, when you’ve lost 29 pounds in just under 10 days…that’s right, 29 pounds (13 kilos)…I’ve gone from 309 to 280 lbs (140 to 127 kilos)…it sure does help to keep the motivation up.
